Founder Sean Robertson began to study and appreciate architecture as a teenager under the watch of noted architect John Matthams in Pacific Grove, California. After graduating with a degree in Architecture and Community Design from the University of San Francisco, Sean worked for several of the Bay Area's top architectural and design firms, including Howard Backen, Gensler and Richard Beard, before starting his own firm in 2022.

Early in his professional career, Sean spent time cooking in the kitchens of Chefs and restauranteurs including Michael Mina, Delfina group, Badia a Coltibuono, and Martin Berasategui. This time gave him a unique knowledge of hospitality design and has proved valuable with the delivery of some remarkable projects, including the Virgin Hotel rooftop bar in San Francisco, the Google Test kitchen in Mountain View, and Theorem winery in Calistoga.

Sean has designed many custom residential homes from Santa Lucia Preserve to Napa Valley. He specializes in ground-up construction, always helping clients strike the delicate balance between form and function.

Sean resides in the Napa Valley and serves clients across the state of California.
